Our Home Pest Control Process

General Pest Maintenance Program***: $450.00 + tx one-time initial service fee to establish the pest control program on the property. This includes the time, material, and product to begin the program. Should you ever move to another service area in CT and elect to “take” your service with you, you will not pay this initial fee again – it is a courtesy we extend to our maintenance customers!
